Program Purpose:

The CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) and CADD (Computer-Aided Drafting and Design) Fundamentals Career Studies Certificate is designed to teach the basic concepts of industrial design, drawings, 3D molding, and graphics. This is an entry-level program for those interested in stackable credentials with an additional skill set in CAM, CADD and 3D modeling. 

Program Requirements:

Students will complete course work in industrial safety, digital literacy, basic blueprint reading, and CAM, 3D printing, molding, and computer-aided drafting and design. Students will have the opportunity to earn DREMEL 3D printing certifications through meeting the course objectives.

*GIS 200 Geographical Information Systems, 4 Credits can be taken to substitute for DRF 111 Technical Drafting I, 2 Credits, and DRF 112 Technical Drafting II, 2 Credits.
