Program Purpose:
The CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) and CADD (Computer-Aided Drafting and Design) Fundamentals Career Studies Certificate is designed to teach the basic concepts of industrial design, drawings, 3D molding, and graphics. This is an entry-level program for those interested in stackable credentials with an additional skill set in CAM, CADD and 3D modeling.
Program Requirements:
Students will complete course work in industrial safety, basic first aid, digital literacy, basic blueprint reading, and CAM, 3D printing, molding, and computer-aided drafting and design. Students will have the opportunity to earn OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR/AED, DREMEL 3D printing certifications through meeting the course objectives.
